INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR PAINTING WORKS AT THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY, EMBASSY FUNCTION HALL AND AMBASSADOR’S RESIDENCE

                 We invite interested vendors to submit a quotation for the provision of painting works at the Singapore Embassy, Embassy Function Hall and the Ambassador’s Residence.

 2             Interested vendors may obtain a set of quotation documents from the Embassy via email to the following personnel

3             This invitation to quote is open from 4 May 2026 to 13 May 2026. Prior to the submission of the proposal, all interested vendors are required to attend a mandatory briefing at the Embassy on 6 May 2026 at 1000 hours. Please contact the Embassy for more information.

4             Your proposal should be submitted to the following email address muhammad_daniyal_hakim_johani@mfa.gov.sg and be addressed to First Secretary (A&C) Daniyal Hakim.  Proposals should be submitted no later than 13 May 2026, 1400hrs Riyadh Time.
