INVITATION TO QUOTE – RENOVATION OF SMALL KITCHEN IN AMBASSADOR’S RESIDENCE IN THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN RIYADH [REFERENCE: RUH/ITQ/2025/004]

The Singapore Embassy would like to invite interested companies to submit a proposal for renovation of small kitchen of Ambassador’s Residence in the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2 Interested parties are to contact the Singapore Embassy at riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein:

(a) Annex “A” - Contract Agreement
(b) Annex “B” - Requirement Specifications
(c) Annex “C” - Quotation Conditions of Contract
(d) Annex “D” - The Contractor's Offer (as in the Form of Quotation Offer)

3 The proposal should be submitted to the Embassy via email to riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Mr Muhammad Isa, Attache (Admin & Technical), no later than 30 September 2025 at 1400hrs.

4 A mandatory site visit and tender briefing will be conducted on 24 September 2025 at 1000 hours at the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh. Interested tenderers should contact Mr Hossam at Tel: +966 (11) 480 9855 ext 300 to register their attendance. This mandatory site visit would also be used to address any clarifications or queries that the interested parties may have. Please note that this site survey is compulsory. Companies who do not participate in the compulsory site survey will be disqualified from consideration.
