Invitation to Tender - Replacement and Maintenance of Video Surveillance and Related Security Systems

The Singapore Embassy in Riyadh is seeking quotations for replacing and maintaining video surveillance and security systems.

We invite interested vendors to submit a quotation for the provision of services for the replacement and maintenance of video surveillance and related security systems at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh.

This invitation to Tender is open from 11 February 2026 to 30 March 2026. Prior to the submission of the proposal, all interested vendors are required to attend a mandatory tender briefing at the Embassy on 17 February 2026 at 1000 hours. Please contact the Embassy for more information.

All proposals must be submitted to the Embassy before 1400 hours on 30 March 2026. The tender schedule and award notice will be published at the Embassy's premises.
