Dear Tenderers


INVITATION TO TENDER FOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN RIYADH [REFERENCE: FOR000ETT21000004]


                        The Singapore Embassy hereby invites tenders for the provision of Managing Contractor for Maintenance Services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a period of two (2) years from 1 May 2021 to 30 April 2023. The contract may be extended, at the sole discretion of the Embassy, for another one (1) year from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Tender.


2                      You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -


                        (a)        Annex “A”       -           Instructions to Tenderers

                        (b)        Annex “B”       -           Form of Tender Offer

                        (c)        Annex “C”       -           Conditions of Contract

                        (d)        Annex “D”       -           Requirements Specification

                        (e)        Annex “E”       -           Contract Agreement


3                      Tender Offers shall be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore by hand as stipulated in the 'Instructions to Tenderers'. The Closing Date for the tender is 9 March 2021, 1200 hours (Riyadh local time).


4                      A site visit/tender briefing will be conducted on 22 February 2021, 1030 hours at the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh. Interested tenderers should contact Ms Munira at Tel: +966 (11) 480 3855 ext 301 to register their attendance. This mandatory site visit would also be used to address any clarifications or queries that the tenderers may have.


5                      The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of a Tender Offer submitted.
