Dear Tenderers
INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE TO THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBIC OF SINGAPORE IN RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA [REFERENCE: FOR000ETT24000053]
The above exercise was carried out from 5 September to 23 October 2024 for the supply and delivery of one(1) multi-purpose vehicle to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh.
2 The Embassy would like to inform all tenderers that the tender has been awarded to:

With reference to the Embassy’s Notice on the “Invitation to Tender for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Multi-purpose Vehicle to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Reference: FOR000ETT24000053)” dated 5 September 2024, please be informed that the deadline for quotation submissions has been extended until 1200h on 23 October 2024. Late submissions will be disqualified.

INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLE TO THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBIC OF SINGAPORE IN RIYADH, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA [REFERENCE: FOR000ETT24000053]
The Singapore Embassy hereby invites tenders for the supply and delivery of a multi-purpose vehicle for official use by the Embassy in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Tender.
2 You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -

3 Tender Offers shall be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore by email to Riyadh_procurement@mfa.sg as stipulated in the 'Instructions to Tenderers'. The Closing Date for the tender is 9 October 2024, 1200 hours (Saudi Arabian Standard time).
4 All costs or expenses related to preparing your Tender Submission will be borne by you.
5 All information supplied to you by the Embassy, either in writing or orally shall be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.
6 The Embassy reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in the Tender documents.
7 Your Tender offer should remain valid for acceptance for a period of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this invitation.
8 All bids submitted will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:
