Dear Tenderers


INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN RIYADH [REFERENCE: FOR000ETT22000012]

 

                        The Singapore Embassy hereby invites tenders for the provision of Security Services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a period of two (2) years from 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2024. The contract may be extended, at the sole discretion of the Embassy, for another one (1) year from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to Tender.


2                      You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this tender and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -


  1.       Annex “A”    -           Instructions to Tenderers

  2.       Annex “B”     -           Form of Tender Offer

  3.       Annex “C”     -           Conditions of Contract

  4.       Annex “D”    -           Requirement Specifications

  5.       Annex “E”     -           Contract Agreement


3                      Tender Offers shall be submitted to the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore by hand as stipulated in the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’. The Closing Date for the tender is 10 April 2022, 1200 hours (Riyadh local time).


4                      A site visit/tender briefing will be conducted on 20 March 2022, 1030 hours at the Singapore Embassy in Riyadh. Interested tenderers should contact Ms Munira at Tel: +966 (11) 480 9855 ext 301 to register their attendance. This mandatory site visit would also be used to address any clarifications or queries that the tenderers may have.


5                      The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any part of a Tender Offer submitted.
